Tallyworks is an authorized partner of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are an independent entity and not a branch, subsidiary, or direct employee of Tally Solutions. While we are authorized to sell and support TallyPrime products, the intellectual property rights of the software remain exclusively with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The AI features provided on this website ("TallyBuddy") are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses can be subject to "hallucinations" or errors. Tallyworks assumes no liability for actions taken based on information provided by the AI agent. Users should verify all financial and compliance information with certified professionals.

In no event shall Tallyworks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
