We collect what you give us (like your email when you ask for a quote) and some technical stuff automatically (cookies) to make the site work.

Our Chatbot (TallyBuddy) uses AI. Don't share secrets or passwords with it. Conversations may be stored for quality assurance.
AI Agent & Chat Data
Our website features an AI-powered chatbot ("TallyBuddy") for customer assistance. Interactions with TallyBuddy are processed to generate responses and improve service quality. While we implement security measures, users are advised not to share sensitive personal information (SPI), financial credentials, or passwords within the chat interface. Data shared with the AI agent is processed in accordance with this policy and may be stored for a limited period for training and quality assurance purposes.
We don't sell your data. We only share it with partners (like Tally Solutions) if necessary to fulfill your order.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers. We may share your information with third-party service providers (including Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service requests, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.
